I'm thrilled to announce that a few fellow friends and I have begun development on Trouble Clef, an innovative RPG-platformer that fuses music into every element of the gameplay.
In Trouble Clef, you play as Jazzette, a young girl, accompanied by a fairy named Accia. Armed only with your trusty keytar, you'll jump and battle your way through platformer levels, unlocking new musical abilities that allow you to manipulate the environment.
But Trouble Clef is more than just a game — it's also a way to learn music! As you progress, you'll learn musical theory and instrumentation, playing melodies and rhythms in timing-based gameplay. The music starts simple, but by the epic boss battles you'll be shredding literal music pieces on your keytar!
